Rob was excellent and super professional and easy to communicate with from start to finish, the tow driver Luis helped me out to get my car safely to the depot after 2 tires blew out. I will always keep All County Towing on speed dial in the future!

I had my alternator die on the highway and I was 100 miles from home. They were able to get the parts in and do the reapirs the next day. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledge. I was able to get quotes done over the phone and the whole process was done before I arrived at the shop. I also want to give a shout out to the towing crew. I was not in the best of locations for a breakdown. They were able to get the car loaded quickly and safely.

A few months ago, my car broken down on the service road of the LIE. I had to push my car to the side street and a driver and his co-worker from All County just so happen to be a few cars behind me. They came out and helped me push the car to the side street...we then began to see what the problem could be (we knew it was the battery)...they search their car for a few tools/parts to try and fix the issue. I ended up needing to call AAA to have my car towed home but the amount of time they spent trying to help really meant the world to me. It shows that there is hope is this crazy world that people do help people...something I try to do each and every day! A+++ customer service even though I was not a customer.

Was connected with All County Towing after calling AAA. They found my location right away after my car broke down on the side of road and I had no idea where I was. The tow truck arrived in less than 30 mins. The driver Carlos was very friendly, pleasant and patient on the long drive in slow traffic from Long Island to the Bronx. This place is the best. Had to have my truck towed from Hicksville to Ronkonkoma. Chris the driver was so helpful and kept me updated via phone calls throughout the whole process. He even performed the whole tow and drop off without me being present. Daniella in the office was very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

had a flat tire and AAA called all county towing to change my tire. They were there before the estimate time , however the spare rim was no good and tire could not be fixed . I needed a flat bed to row my suburban. Danielle in the office was so helpful keeping me update on flatbed and working with my phone only having6 % battery . She assured me if my phone goes dead they’ll be there . Carlos came lifted my truck in flatbed as of picking up a key from the floor. Very careful and secured car and gave me a lift to station . They were so helpful and professional while I was freaking out! Highly recommended for and service you need. ( PS the first guy couldn’t help but saved so my phone got a 20 charge )

Unfortunately my car was totaled and fortunately it was towed to All County. Trisha was professional and compassionate. She listened to my story like she cared even though I am sure she hears sad and scary stories all day long. She not only loaned us a screwdriver, she expertly took off my plates. She got someone to help us get into the back since the car had no power to open the hatch. She also gave me a few tidbits on how to increase the amount my insurance company will pay for the car. Having my car totaled was a bad experience but Trisha was a light in that darkness. Thank you, Trisha!!!
